Semesterly Grad Campaigns.
Backpack creates email campaigns at the end of every semester targeting students who are graduating. These emails communicate the many opportunities and benefits of serving with AmeriCorps.
Emergency Response Campaigns.
Since COVID hit, ServeMinnesota has developed a program called the Emergency Response Initiative to help alleviate the stress that COVID has had on struggling communities. Backpack has run a media and email campaign to recruit students to serve with this program.
Brand Awareness Survey.
Backpack helps ServeMinnesota put together and distribute a yearly survey for college students to gauge their awareness of the AmeriCorps brand and the best ways that we can engage with them. Since working with Backpack, ServeMinnesota has been seeing an increase in awareness on campus and will only continue to grow.
Social Media Audit.
ServeMinnesota was at a place where they needed to evaluate their past activity on social media. Backpack conducted a social media audit of all of ServeMinnesota’s channels and made recommendations based on the patterns they saw.
